For probation officers. This is done through a public grant. Its a very effective program. We have been able to turn a lot of kids around, restore justice. We get a lot of positive feedback from the community, a lot of other officers are happy to get the overtime. And as an officer, youre really able to facilitate the program well because you are able to put on a lot of different hats, communicate with probation, you communicate with Traffic Court judges, with Community Referral center, and with station personnel.
