Commissioners hear assessment concerns raised by property owner
The Daily Jeffersonian Guernsey County commissioners met with representatives from other county agencies to discuss assessment concerns raised by the owner of property on Clay Pike Road. The assessments were levied in 2006 in connection with a waterline construction project completed by the county.
