Editorial: Rain-walloped Leominster will rebound
The Twin Cities have received more than their share of precipitation this soggy summer, but nothing comes close to the incessant storms that battered the area on Monday. Inundated by rain, Leominster continues to assess the damage from that torrential outburst, which spawned extensive flooding that damaged schools, washed away roads, and prompted evacuations across the city.
