A potential land exchange contingent on a large, three-part annexation and zoning changes could preserve more prairie land and save it from development.
It will be held in the basement conference room of Post Falls City Hall, 408 N. Spokane St.
Post Falls City Council will reevaluate zoning approval process.
The deadline to submit public comments about the proposed annexation is July 18.
