SEPTA strike would put in-person learning in jeopardy, Philly school district warns
The School District of Philadelphia might have to pivot to online learning if SEPTA workers strike on Nov. 1. The contract between SEPTA and Transport Workers Union Local 234 expires Oct. 31.
