WATERVILLE — The family of a slain Rock Island man is disappointed by what they feel was an inadequate sentence imposed on Erik Farias Reyes on Tuesday.
Erik Farias-Reyes was sentenced in Douglas County Superior Court Tuesday for the killing of 24-year-old Elias Mora-Ontiveros in April of last year.
