The Faribault Police Department is looking forward to having a fellow officer return to duty. Officer Lance Ulrich, of the Faribault Police Department, has been deployed with the National Guard the last few months and will be coming back to work soon.

The department offered their condolences to the family of Lt. Terry Shields as he passed away recently.
Lieutenant Terry Shields, passed away this week at the age of 93. A World War II veteran, Lt. Shields served the citizens of Faribault for several years from the 60’s through the 80’s. ....
