“Allowing thousands of tractors inside Delhi on Republic Day can pose big law and order issues. Section 144 is in force in Delhi. There is a major concern if the protestors will go back once their march is over…also the Khalistani elements who have infiltrated among the farmers could stir up trouble,” a senior government official told ET, speaking on condition of anonymity.
