Anger as families told to remove grave decorations in Minchinhampton
The family of four relatives buried in Minchinhampton said they were furious after churchwardens banned mourners from leaving personal items at their loved-ones graves. In a letter seen by the Stroud News & Journal, Holy Trinity Church instructed relatives to remove any ornaments, memorials, stones, vases, pots and children’s toys before next Saturday - March 27 - or else they will be taken away in a skip.
