Oxford Magistrates' Court OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT DAMIAN KASZEWSKI, 30, of St Johns Drive, Carterton, admitted failing to stop in Carterton on June 2, 2020, driving a BMW 116 without insurance, drink-driving and driving without a licence. He was banned from the roads for 42 months, fined £543 and ordered to pay £138 in costs and surcharge.
