The UAPA Cases in Jammu and Kashmir have gone up from 227 in 2019 to 346 in 2020. The Parliamentary Standing Committee (PSC) on Home Affairs has recommended a “suitable increase” in monthly relief of the Kashmiri migrants which is presently Rs 13,000 per family or Rs 3250 per person.
