It really is. At least the winds are starting to die down. Its now 20. We lost a couple degrees since we came on the air an hour ago. Its still 7 degrees colder than time yesterday morning. Were getting up to about 40. Lose the wind out in the sun below normal by 5 00 but not a bad day. How about the president s day pavement . Here is Sharon Gibala at wjz Traffic Control. Good morning. We have pick picked up our first two problems of the morning. Both of them are in the city or one of them is to the west of the city on hilton at ridge and west 28th.
