Builder Asked To Refund Excess Payment; Pay Rs5.03 Lakh for Curing Defects, Completion of Construction
While dismissing a revision petition, the national consumer disputes redressal commission (NCDRC) directed a Kerala-based builder to refund excess money collected from the homeowner and pay Rs5.03 lakh for curing defects and completing the construction of the incomplete house.
