Dalian Bay Undersea Tunnel is the first cross-sea immersed tunnel in the cold region of northern China. It is also the first flexible segmental tunnel independently designed and constructed in China. The project construction standard is an urban expressway, with a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour, 6 lanes in both directions, and a service life of 100 years. CCCC has successfully poured a traffic artery running through the north and south, creating a new people's livelihood channel for Dalian.
