9月23日，记者从用益金融信托研究院处获悉，9月13日至9月19日这一周，集合信托市场中，标品信托发行123款，环比增加40.82%；发行规模为118.78亿元，环比增加39.27%；成立数量为232款，环比减少0.42%，成立规模为70.75亿元，环比增加1.82%。可以看到，上周标品信托发行大幅攀升，而与之相对的非标产品的发行则出现较为显著的滑坡。

上周发行遇冷，集合信托投放有何变化？

　　喻智分析认为，在国家政策对地方政府债务进行限制和清理的背景，地方城投融资模式生变。而在融资类业务压降的压力之下，政信类业务的资金运用方式也开始出现多样化的趋势，融资类产品占比显著下滑，投资类产品的比重上升。
　　“相关信托资金主要投向江苏、山东、浙江、湖北等经济发达省份，产品期限依旧以2年期为主。”喻智告诉记者。
　　有不愿具名的信托从业人士告诉记者，从底层资产来看，城投债、私募债、定向债务融资工具等类别的资产在证券交易所或银行间交易市场进行交易，属于标准化债权类资产。
　　据该人士透露，此前政信业务的资金还有部分通过金交所交易地方城投的定向融资计划，但在金交所业务被监管收紧后，该类集合信托产品大幅减少。

　　“然而自2020年下半年开始，集合信托市场又进入下行通道。”该人士表示。
“营收方面，2021年上半年延续了行业分化的趋势，头部信托公司上半年营收绝对值和同比增速均表现较好，其他公司则波动较大。”中诚信托战略研究部崔继培指出。
　　由于地产、城投、资本市场景气度差异，不同的业务领域结构对信托公司上半年信托业务收入的影响较大，固有资产规模和长期股权投资差异也令各信托公司固有业务收入表现差异较大。“分化趋势下，行业已出现K型发展特征。”崔继培表示。
　　在行业分化趋势延续、资本压力整体加大的情况下，信托公司的展业思路是怎样的？

　　事实上，作为最易实现标准化、规模化和透明化的信托产品之一，证券投资信托已经成为信托公司业务发展的重要方向。
　　喻智告诉记者，今年以来，“两压一降”的严监管环境继续，证券投资信托仍然是信托公司转型的重点领域。不过，从收集的数据来看，集合信托产品中，完全做到独立自主管理信托资金运用的产品还是较少。
　　有不愿具名的信托从业人士告诉记者，因为很多信托公司自身的投研能力不强，在一些情况下，相关资金投向私募机构的会比较多一些。另一方面可以看到，不少信托公司也在积极和券商、基金等机构进行交流。
　　整体来看，现阶段，信托公司相对于公私募基金、证券公司等同业机构，普遍没有形成完整的宏观、市场及行业投研体系，在专业团队搭建和主动管理能力上有短板。“因此，需要投入大量的资源弥补在投研团队上的短板。此外，还需要投入大量的资金进行信息化系统建设。”喻智表示。
　　“投研能力、专业的团队、高效稳定的交易系统平台和严谨的工作流程安排，都是目前信托公司围绕证券投资信托重点在做的事情。”喻智告诉记者，在这个过程中，投研力度方面应该是有所增强的。
　　组合投资占比高
　　从年报披露数据来看，2020年62家信托公司中有36家信托公司证券投资信托规模实现增长，增幅在25%以上的公司达到22家。
　　普益标准数据显示，从证券投资信托的运作方式来看，组合投资的规模占比较高，2020年三季度末，其规模达1.72万亿元，占比为68.75%，且近五年来占比均超过60%。其次是二级市场，2020年三季度末规模为0.59万亿元，占比23.62%，近五年来占比逐渐降低。
　　“组合投资规模占比较高主要是因为其投资范围涵盖股票、债券和基金，可以根据市场情况灵活调整组合，较好地进行收益与风险之间的平衡。”普益标准研究员郭全毓告诉记者，通过采用FOF等组合投资的方式进行管理难度相对较低，因而通常被信托公司所采用，未来这一趋势大概率还会延续。
　　此外，记者了解到，今年上半年，信托公司参与新股网下打新的频次有所增加。
　　金乐函数信托分析师廖鹤凯表示，信托自营目前是按C类投资者来参与打新，只要沪市持股市值达到6000万元，都有资格参与科创板企业股票网下申购；信托计划网下打新一般通过投资公募基金实现。
