HOUSTON — A woman who was knocked to the ground and suffered serious injuries after an intoxicated man at Houston bar fell on top of her is suing for $10 million in damages. Eileen Kay filed a complaint April 17 in Harris County District Court against Brobe Inc., doing business as Molly's Pub, Findal Inc., and James Joseph Scheurich alleging negligence. According to her complaint, Kay was a patron at Molly's Pub on Ramada Drive in Houston on April 1, 2021.
