SNOW hit parts of East Lancashire again this morning, causing travel delays along the way. Blackburn with Darwen, Clayton-le-Moors, Blackpool, Burnley and Preston were all hit with snow yesterday evening as well as this morning from 8am. The MET Office issued a yellow snow and ice warning for the morning, while flood warnings are still in place for Lancashire. The harsh conditions have been causing accidents as Lancashire Police tweeted: We are dealing numerous RTCs around the county today as you can imagine both on the motorway and surrounding areas.
