When asked about his inspiration to open the restaurant in Goa, Thompson told CNBC-TV18, "The primary influence was the vibrant cuisine that Goa offers. I dedicated a significant amount of time collaborating with the Fireback chefs in Bangkok to create a diverse range of recipes by introducing the team to the captivating flavours of some lesser-known Thai dishes. By the time they departed from Bangkok, they were not only fulfilled, but were eagerly anticipating opportunities to prepare these recipes for more people."
