Two Lorain City Council members implicated in 'fake ballot' investigation

Lorain police concluded its investigation into the "fake" political flyer distributed in May and as a result the Lorain City and County Democratic Parties are taking disciplinary action against Ward 7 Lorain City Councilman Cory Shawver.
