Claim privilege here, i m not answering questions. he s arguing that in georgia the law doesn t apply to him. so prosecutors have to go to court to pick away at that firewall. this is part of that process. this is going through the court, there are other people in georgia who tried to challenge those similar subpoenas they ve largely lost. lindsey graham has a challenge appeal at the supreme court right now. as far as meadows goes, what it means for him. does it mean he has to show up? not necessarily he is saying he is going to appeal. but this is part of that process. any investigators looking at january 6th wanting to talk to these people they have to go to the courts to try to get information. whether it comes out of the georgia probe, whether meadows gets subpoenaed in d.c. in the january 6th probe, we ll have to see how they work out. ....
