Kyla Arnett, 18, was recently named Miss Teenage Northern B.C. 2014. The CNC second-year business student is now out to capture the national title, Miss Teenage Canada in Toronto in July. She wants to be the top candidate in raising funds for the pageant’s chosen charity, Free the Children. Her goal is is raise $8,000 to $10,000 for Free the Children which supports impoverished families in poor countries such as Ecuador, Kenya and India.
