Monroe Lake will once again kick off the new year with its First Day Trail Run and Walk at Fairfax State Recreation Area (SRA), 9800 S. Fairfax Road, Bloomington.
Trail run and hike begin at 3:30 p.m. at Fairfax rec area at Lake Monroe. Other hikes happening at Brown County, McCormick s Creek, Spring Mill state parks.
