Ceremony At Kilmarnock First Responder Wall Of Valor On May 20
A ceremony takes place on May 20 at the First Responder Wall of Valor at the Kilmarnock Museum starting at noon. The wall was established in June of 2016 to honor fallen first responders of Lancaster and Northumberland counties and so far has 7 names. Museum President Carroll Lee Ashburn tells the Rappahannock Record the ceremony which includes a wreath laying is open to the public and will be around 20 minutes.
