Sanctuary on the Green, a project in west Fort Collins that's drawn the ire of neighbors, could find out its fate Thursday when the city's planning and zoning board holds a public hearing. The proposal is one of three projects — a total of about 820 apartments and single-family, duplex and triplex units — that are in various stages of the city's development review process. The Quarry, a 319-apartment project slated just south of the intersection of Prospect Road and Shields Street, will also be subject of a public hearing Thursday.
