(Inside INdiana Business) Hamilton County nonprofit organizations will benefit from grants awarded by the Hamilton County Community Foundation. Funding was awarded through the Racial Equity Grassroots grant, LINK Youth Advisory Council and initiative-based grants to organizations serving the county focusing on racial equity, community mental health leadership initiatives, youth and family empowerment and economic growth. The foundation says the racial equity grants come from the Community Leadership Innovation Fund, which is a Central Indiana Community Foundation fund comprised of five philanthropists: Lori Efromyson-Aguilera, Marianne Glick, Myrta Pulliam, Cindy Simon Skjodt and Charlie Sutphin, along with three foundations, CICF, The Indianapolis Foundation and Hamilton County Community Foundation. ....
