Diane Pitone, 49, appearing before circuit court judge Paul Stutesman, was ordered to pay restitution of nearly $5,000 to the agency. Stutesman, taking into consideration a number of factors, did not order jail time or probation. PARK TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Police are looking for a suspect after his vehicle struck a gas station building in St. Joseph County on Monday afternoon. Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says the hit and run crash took place in the 20000 Block of M-60 near Fishers Lake at about 1:15 p.m.. He says the suspect assaulted a clerk when confronted about the crash and then fled east on M-60 at a high rate of speed. According to Lillywhite, the building sustained moderate damage.
