The group is headed by Republican Party of Brown County chairman James Fitzgerald. Other members are Richard Carlstedt, Sandra Duckett, Thomas Sladek, and Lark Wartenberg. The complaint alleges state and federal laws were violated, and their attorney says only the state Legislature can change the legal conditions for a federal election.
