KANYAKUMARI: Five Indian fishermen who fled from Oman to India and were arrested, did not intend to reach home in hiding but wanted to surrender before the Indian Navy or the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) after entering Indian waters, said general secretary of the South Asian Fishermen Fraternity (SAFF) Churchil, who is fighting for their cause.
