The Irish Cultural Center of the Mohawk Valley has announced a membership campaign to raise funds for its Irish heritage museum on Columbia Street in West Utica. While the museum currently hosts traveling exhibits on Irish music, work is underway for three permanent exhibits at the H.A.R.P.
