THE Five Valleys Indoor Market in Stroud has welcomed two new local businesses to the line up. The first of the new arrivals is Nova’s Ice Cream Parlour, headed up by Matthew Griffiths and Philip Fry. Nova’s will bring a selection of sweet treats to the market, including candyfloss, crepes and 15 different flavours of Winstone’s ice cream, available in cones or takeaway tubs.
