Pulses are an economical source of protein, fibre, and other nutrients. Here are some of our favourite ways to enjoy these tiny nutrition powerhouses. Edamame, or green soybeans, can often be found in the frozen aisle of the grocery store. Shelled edamame can be easily added to recipes for a boost of colour and nutrition, like in our Orzo and Edamame Salad. This salad can be whipped up quickly for an easy lunch or side dish.
