Two large Scranton Peninsula apartment projects win final Cleveland planning OKs
The NRP Group and a joint venture formed by Silver Hills Development and Edwards Communities expect to build more than 600 apartments near the Cuyahoga River, on long-fallow land in the Flats. The Cleveland City Planning Commission gave its blessing to both projects Friday, Feb. 4.
