LASALLE – A local drug addiction foundation in LaSalle is raising concern over substances that could be circulating in the area. The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is spreading the word on New Emerging Psychoactive Substances that were recently discovered in drug-related death cases in Peoria County. According to founder Luke Tomsha, a portion of the local drug supply in North Central Illinois comes from the Peoria area.
