SRINAGAR: Chairman Municipal Council Handwara was ousted after losing a no-confidence motion filed by seven of the total 13 Councillors against him. Handwara Municipal Council in Kupwara has a total of 13 Councillors. The ousted chairman was holding the chair since the ULB elections were held.
