Bhagwat's advice to PM Modi Bhagwat on Monday had advised the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resolve the conflict in Manipur on priority.
Congress and other opposition parties urge PM Narendra Modi to listen to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's advice and visit Manipur, which has been plagued by violence for over a year. RSS chief expressed concern over peace eluding Manipur even after one year of unrest.
Senior advocate Kapil Sibal argues for bail to former chief minister Hemant Soren in a criminal case by the Directorate of Enforcement. Soren is accused of usurping land and being jailed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Sibal claims Soren has been trapped with false documents and ulterior motives to keep him behind bars.
The overwhelming support that Sibal received is a testament to the fact that the legal community values integrity, competence and a commitment to the rule of law above all else.
