Shutting daca down. stay with me. today was the deadline we believe for the court to grant any cases if the cases are to be heard this term in is the last conference by the justices until mid february. if they don't grant a case now after this con friend, there is no way the court will hear the case this term. we think now that it is unlikely the court will hear daca, we'll have a chance to find out for sure on monday, but we expected an orders list today, a list of any cases the court would grant. we have just been told flow wnoe will be no such list today. we can't be 100% sure about that, b...
