Overturn roe v. wade. when that leaked draft opinion came, out they were not celebrating in the streets. why? well one activist i talked to said they didn t want to counter chickens before they hatch. they are happy about the moment. they are pleased to see what is likely to be roe v. wade overturned in the next two months, but they are taking a more focused, incremental approach, and waiting to see the final draft. that s what they have been doing for years. listen to what s some of my conversation was with the executive director of an influential antiabortion scoop in georgia. i think in 50 years from now we are looking back at this moment and it is what we think it s going to be, that it was because the pro-life movement a number of years ago decided there were gonna start going to state legislatures and they were gonna get pro-life people elected. and eventually one of these laws that are gonna be past is ....

Headlines to discuss from severe weather to fire weather and just talking about how much acreage has been burned gives us a good idea of the difficult conditions. on average to date, we should only experience about 600,000 acres of charred landscape and of course we ve seen significantly more than that. here is one of the large active fires still ongoing, that is coming out of the u.s. state of nebraska. we have 14 active large fires burning across eight separate states, many focused in on an area known as the great basin or the four corners region. there is new mexico, arizona. this is just two examples of fires. we have seen some improvement, the tunnel now 89% contained. the canyon fire outside of santa fe, 33% containment. but you can see the thousands of acres that have burned with just those two fires alone. once again, a recipe for disaster today unfolding before ....

Military attack, come by, it s 260 miles. from crimea to the capital, if you will, of the breakaway region. that s a long distance for russian forces already stretched to go, but again, that is aspirational and needs to be watched and potentially very dangerous. i mean, if the russians are being relatively open about their plans, i mean you have this kind of obscure russian general saying, talking about building, you know, a corridor all the way to transnistria, why would they still need a pretext to invade? why would they need a false flag operation or is that just their motus operandi? i think it all goes into the narrative, the false flag, you got to justify it to the russian population. there s a lot of the world that isn t the west and focused, if ....

I think the weakened state of the russian economy, the russian military, and the russian state s diplomatic respect in the world will take care of itself. it will be a byproduct of our unified efforts in the west to insure that we properly resource ukrainians and help see them through to a victory. do you think that this kind of language and explicitly stated goal will take off the table any possible future peace deal or is it really irrelevant? you know, i don t want to overstate the extent to which it will make less possible a peace deal. i do thing that we should be a lot more focused in our public statements about doing whatever it takes to insure the ukrainians win militarily. we also need to be focused on insuring that the united states is perceived as in this to stay, in this for the long haul, and one way we can do that through concrete measures as opposed to ....
