Left-wing politician Sahra Wagenknecht has decided to found her own party. She will probably announce this on Monday at the federal press conference, sources close to her have confirmed to SPIEGEL. Monday's announcement is likely to end a years-long dispute between WagenKnecht and her Left Party. Wagen knecht joined the SED in 1989 and was later a member of the PDS and the Left Party, which she left in 2011. The Bundestag member wants to reach out to voters with her new project.
