Illinois Woman Arrested for TennCare Fraud A woman who lives in Illinois has been arrested for TennCare fraud. In a joint effort between the Mcminn County Sheriff’s Department and the Office of the Inspector General, 43 year old Tonya Rhodes-Brown of Windsor, Illinois was arrested yesterday and charged with TennCare fraud and theft of services…both are class D felonies…which are punishable by 2-12 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
