On Tuesday members from the OPP Prince Edward County dispatch responded to a weapons disposal call. Officers attended the residence to retrieve what was reported to be an historical military ordnance. Officers then contacted Canadian Forces Base Trenton who dispatched their Explosives Ordnance Disposal unit to remove the item safely.
