No tsunami reported. again, scary, 7.1. on april 7th, only three or four days ago they also had a 7.1 aftershock. for an aftershock, that s incredible, two 7.1s following on the heals of the monster huge one. as far as what we re dealing with forecastwise out there, this area isn t going to see too many more concerns as we go throughout the next 24 hours or so, veronica. again, a 7.is has hit that region. veronica, i know you were talking, also, about the power plant there. this took place about 30 miles to the south of the fukushima power plant. i know for a short period of time it did lose power there. they had about three pumps that had gone off and now they ve got power back to those three pumps. that was also very important that they got that back. about an hour ago, veronica, it looked very scary. things apparently, we re getting good news in, tokyo no big ....
Also. coming back for the big storm. i always try to do that. make a little splash. exactly. we missed you. as far as what we re dealing with forecastwise out there, the storm is on schedule. philadelphia, you picked up five inches. you re done. new york city, you picked up about nine inches in central park, you are just about completely done. only a little flurry and light snow activity left for another hour. now the storm is a full-blown nor easter. now we re starting to get blizzard conditions in boston. we said all along the highlight of the storm was going to be connecticut, rhode island, massachusetts, and through areas of southern new hampshire and maine. that s exactly what is materializing at this time. the areas of white is where we re seeing the snow. you notice that philly s done, in new york city, the back edge is coming through as i speak. the blue shows you where the really intense snow is. the boston area, you re even getting thunder snow at the current time. the gr ....
