On Foreign Trip Clearances, Court's "Last Opportunity" For Centre To Respond
The Delhi High Court on Monday granted a "last opportunity" to the Centre to respond to a plea challenging a provision which requires state government ministers to seek political clearances from the Centre for foreign visits.
