A grand jury returned no true bills on three charges related to the fatal shooting of a Cadiz man last fall by Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree. Special prosecutor Zac Greenwell said the jury meeting on April 14 returned no true bills on charges of wanton murder, second degree manslaughter and on reckless homicide. A no true bill signifies that there is insufficient evidence presented to warrant an indictment.
