RICH COSGROVE During the 2008 recession, one of the trades that was heavily impacted was the real estate industry. During this time, Charles McMillan served as the president-elect for National Association of Realtors, and eventually was elected as the president from 2009 to 2010. McMillan played a vital role in stabilizing the housing market and improving housing.
