Malaysia IHH Healthcare: SEBI Asks Healthcare Network To Get Court's Assent to Go Ahead With Fortis Open Offer
Malaysia's IHH Healthcare today said that markets regulator Sebi has advised it to proceed with its stalled open offer to acquire 26.1 per cent market share in Fortis Healthcare only after obtaining order from the Delhi High Court.
