Juan circle which was the first time this ever came to the departments attention that park merced didnt realize they needed permits in order to remove a significant tree so they havent been on our radar since 2007. No one ever called in a complaint so weve been looking at a lot of sites and earlier this year we issued a fine to park merced for the removal of a number of trees on gonzalez drive and its currently pending.
