At a second scene, that scene four locks away from the original blast at the second location on 27th street, authorities have located a Pressure Cooker with wires poppy said some duct tape and a note attached to it. What theyre doing asking people at that second scene on 27th street to stay away from their windows out of just an abundance of caution. There appears to be this suspicious device on the scene and at some point theyll have to take it away or debt nalt the device or see if its an explosive device.
