Updated / Monday, 15 Mar 2021 20:51 Poppulo and Four Winds Interactive expect the deal to close early in the second quarter of 2021 Cork-based software company Poppulo is merging with digital signage firm Four Winds Interactive (FWI) to lead customers through the "unprecedented workplace transition" caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The merger, backed by investment group Vista Equity Partners, will mean the two companies combined will serve over 6,000 clients.
