Group pushing for new billboards in Round Rock fails to gain enough signatures on petition
Keep Round Rock Safe, a political action committee that identified itself as a coalition of local business owners who are "advocating for new sign rules," failed to meet the needed signatures to place its charter amendment on the ballot, according to Round Rock city officials.
