The special needs victim fell. That victim we believe, in their early 20s is a resident at a special needs group home. Police chief hank dewinski says finding a witness who was with the shooter, but trying to help the victim before running away, is now the focus of this investigation. And thats why im asking the person who saw this to come forward. And help us keep the people in the community safe. The shooting happened just after 1 00 in the afternoon.
